This performance with Auckland Choral marks Philip’s professional singing debut in New Zealand. Before moving to Auckland, he worked widely in Australia, Europe and Great Britain as a singer, instrumentalist and composer across a wide variety of musical styles. As a solo singer he has performed in opera, concert and oratorio settings, including performances of Handel’s Messiah, Stainer’s Crucifixion and Richard Chew’s Shouting Fence and Vesalius.
